Insurance Advisor and Agency Support Specialist

Heart of Georgia Insurance Brokers is looking for an organized, service minded professional to join our team in a dual focused role supporting both client and agency operations. This position

is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, values accuracy and follow‑through, and wants to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry.

As a Client Services & Agency Support Specialist, you will play an important part in ensuring our clients and agents receive timely, knowledgeable support. You’ll assist with agency operations

while learning the fundamentals of health insurance and client service.

Prior insurance experience preferred but not required. We provide training and support for obtaining your Georgia Health & Life license after hire.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support clients and agents with quoting, applications, and follow‑up

•  Learn and utilize agency systems and carrier portals

•  Maintain accurate records and provide general office support

•  Participate in ongoing training to prepare for licensing and future advancement
